Delivery

However delivery date and time depends on external factors like geographical condition, traffic, natural calamities & any other uncontrollable causes. We will try our best to deliver your order as soon as possible as per given timeline. However for an unforeseen situation Magson Retails & Distribution reserves the right to modify the delivery date and time.
Return Eligibility

- Non-perishable products can be returned if they are in their original packaging, unused, and in good condition.
- Fresh produce, such as fruits and vegetables, cannot be returned once delivery is completed due to hygiene and safety reasons.

- Perishable items, including fresh fruits, vegetables, and dairy products, are non-returnable after 24 hours of delivery.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. Provide the following details:

- Reason for return
- Upon approval of the return request, our delivery executive will collect the product from your location.
- Returned products will be inspected, and if they meet the eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed.
